How BioScan MSA Works
The BioScanMSA system offers several options for point testing using styluses. With over 840 acupuncture points programmed into the IHT Software, including dental and ear points, practitioners can select the desired acupuncture point on a high-definition graphic image in the software. The stylus is then applied to that acupuncture point on the client.
During the assessment, the client completes the electrical circuit by holding a HandMass, allowing the GSR measurement reading to be recorded by the BioScanMSA software. The software collects conductivity data for the meridian, which a Certified Practitioner interprets as an indication of acute or chronic stress within the meridian.
